It looked nice online, so I figured it would be a decent buy. And to be fair, nothing was actually wrong with it. Shipping was normal, the quality is okay, and it does the job. But for what I paid, I expected a little more than just “okay.” Maybe my expectations were too high for wanting the product to feel worth the price. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I also wouldn’t rush to buy it again. Next time I’ll probably look around a bit more before handing over that much money

I ordered this patio set and was excited to put it together, but it was missing two bolts and one cap. Customer support did get back to me, but it still slowed everything down and made the setup more annoying than it should’ve been. It also made me wonder a bit about the overall quality control.

So, my order showed up damaged, trying to get help with it has been kind of a hassle. Like, the replies have been really slow, and I’m still not totally sure it’s actually been sorted out properly. It just feels like way more trouble than it should’ve been.

setting it up was simple, the maintenance hasn’t been much work at all so far.

I left this outside for about two rainy weeks it held up badly. I don’t have the patience for stuff that starts falling apart that quickly, especially when it’s meant to be used outdoors.

The design looks okay overall, but it feels a bit cluttered to me. After checking the order email and receipt, everything was right, I just wish the layout itself was a little cleaner and easier to look at

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the instructions weren’t as clear as they could’ve been, and I had to pause and reread a couple steps to make sure we were doing it right. In my opinion, the product itself feels safe and reliable, and I’m okay letting the kids play on it as long as I’m nearby keeping an eye on things...

My back started feeling a little awkward quickly, and the angle didn’t feel as supportive as I expected. It’s probably fine if you’re only using it for a few minutes here and there, but I wouldn’t want to relax in it for a long stretch. For the price, I was hoping the ergonomics would be better..
